Makanyi Private Game Lodge is a family-owned safari lodge in the Timbavati Nature Reserve, part of South Africa's Greater Kruger. Overlooking a waterhole, the lodge combines spacious suites, attentive hospitality and Big Five game viewing in one of the country's most established private safari reserves.
Accommodation is divided between Makanyi Suites and Makanyi Pool Suites, the latter offering additional privacy and a private plunge pool. All suites feature a private deck, indoor and outdoor showers, freestanding bath and fireplace. Two daily game drives, excellent dining and a range of activities complete the experience.
