Miracle Collection
“Our goal is simple: to create seamless travel experiences that combine efficiency, comfort and authentic East African hospitality at every stage of the journey.”
There are few better ways to understand the sheer scale of Tanzania than from the basket of a hot air balloon. Miracle Experience flies at first light, lifting above the Serengeti, Tarangire and Singita Grumeti just as the landscape begins to stir below.
In the Serengeti, launch sites shift with the seasons, placing guests within reach of the Great Migration as it makes its way across the ecosystem. Once airborne, there is no prescribed route. The balloon follows the morning wind, skimming low enough to pick out wildlife on the plains before climbing to reveal a wilderness stretching seemingly without end.
The details are beautifully judged: an atmospheric pre-dawn departure, around an hour in the air, a celebratory landing and breakfast laid out in the bush. For something more intimate still, Miracle also has its rather fabulous four-person private balloon.

Miracle Aviation
Miracle Concierge takes care of the quieter details around a journey through Tanzania, bringing together private airport services, lounges and personal assistance to make the transition from international arrival to safari considerably more refined.
At Arusha Airport, the Boma Lounge offers a private space away from the bustle of the terminal, with assisted check-in, private security and direct boarding. The Concierge network is expanding across Tanzania, with locations at Manyara, Kilimanjaro, Seronera and Dar es Salaam extending that experience through some of the country’s key safari gateways.
It is a thoughtful addition to the Miracle collection, particularly for guests whose journeys combine international flights, bush aviation and time in the Serengeti.
Miracle Concierge
In Tanzania, the journey between destinations can be every bit as compelling as the places themselves. Miracle Air connects the country’s great safari regions, crossing mountains, escarpments and vast stretches of wilderness to reach some of its most remote corners.
Its fleet of Cessna Grand Caravans is ideally suited to bush flying, linking Arusha and Kilimanjaro with airstrips across the Serengeti and beyond. From the air, the scale and geography of Tanzania reveal themselves in a way that is difficult to appreciate from the ground.
Private charters across East Africa offer another degree of freedom, with timings and routings shaped around the itinerary rather than dictated by it.
